Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Thank you for shopping with Ariana Perfumes. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to review our return policy below.<\/p>

1. Returns<\/strong><\/p>

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that certain products, such as personalized items or opened fragrances, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.<\/p>

2. Process for Returns<\/strong><\/p>

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>

b. Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item(s) in their original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.<\/p>

c. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.<\/p>

d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.<\/p>

3. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.<\/p>

4. Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or fragrance, please contact our Customer Service team to request an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.<\/p>

5. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/p>
